Spain and Portugal

Enjoy the pleasure of receiving your product on time, without having to insist or wait. Our transport service guarantees shipments to any point of the Peninsula and the Canary Islands in a maximum of 5 business days and in perfect condition. 

If you need more urgently, it is always possible to contact us and we will try to help as much as possible.

Our shipments are free to any part of the Peninsula and the Canary Islands. If you want us to send your board outside this area, contact us at info@flysurfboards.es and we manage your order.

Rest of Europe

Enjoy the pleasure of receiving your product on time, without having to insist or wait. Our transport service guarantees shipments to any point on the Peninsula and the Canary Islands in a maximum of 5 business days and in perfect conditions. 

If you need more urgently, it is always possible to contact us and we will try to help as much as possible.

For shipments to any European country other than Spain and Portugal, shipments will have an additional cost of €30. 

Return policy.

Spain and Portugal

From Flysurf We guarantee the highest quality in our products. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any of them, You have a period of 90 days from the time you receive your order to send it back to our warehouse free of charge and without complications.

In which cases can I return a product?

  • I received the order in bad condition.

  • I have made the wrong product and I want to change the size/color.

  • The product is not what I expected and I would like to change it for another or return it.

In order to make the return, you must send us the product in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. The product must be wrapped in its original packaging, including accessories if applicable. It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or return perfectly packaged. In the event that the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return.

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met. Flysurf will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made, or if applicable, to send the new product.

If you made the payment by bank transfer, we will ask you for an account number where you can pay the amount.

Note. You will receive a refund of the amount within a maximum period of 10 days from the receipt in our warehouse of the exchange or return product. To make an exchange or return, send us an e-mail to info@flysurfboards.es or call us at +34 686 015 282.

Returns to the Rest of Europe

Thanks to that in Flysurf We guarantee the highest quality in our products, if there is any damage or defect in it, you can return your order free and hassle-free. To do this, you will have to notify the damage to the table on the delivery note of the table and send graphic evidence of the damage to info@flysurfboards.es. 

In case you want to make a return or change the table due to any other reason, the return will have a cost of €50. In order to make this return, you must send us the product in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. The product must be wrapped in its original packaging, including accessories if applicable. It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or return perfectly packaged. In the event that the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return.

Guarantee

In the event of any damage caused by transport, it is important that you notify the carrier at the time of receipt of the product. Once you have done this, let us know immediately and the return will be made immediately without transport charges for the customer. Both in this case and if the product has manufacturing defects, the customer may recover the amount of the damaged product or receive another product in perfect condition at no additional cost. All returns must include the original receipt, corresponding original labels and original packaging.

Clients Flysurf They benefit from a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material, exposure of the products to environmental conditions expressly contraindicated in our maintenance guide or wear and tear caused by normal use of the same, are not included in this guarantee.
